*The "DOUGH TO GO" rebate applies only to new, not previously retailed, 2009 or 2010 Era™ motor homes purchased from a participating Era™ dealer during the program period of January 1, 2010 through March 31, 2010. This offer is not valid on units purchased prior to the program period or after March 31, 2010. Consumer may elect to use their "DOUGH TO GO" rebate towards their down payment by indicating with a checkmark in the 'Please apply my “DOUGH TO GO“ rebate to my down payment' box on this form. If this option is selected, a rebate check will be sent to the selling dealer. Or, the consumer may choose to have the "DOUGH TO GO” rebate sent to them in the form of a rebate check from Winnebago Industries by selecting the 'Please send my "DOUGH TO GO" rebate to me' box on this form. In either case, payment will be processed upon receipt of all required documentation. Required documentation includes a fully completed "DOUGH TO GO" rebate Authorization Form, a copy of the signed and dated Purchase Agreement, and a completed Warranty Registration Card. Retail customer signature is required on all forms. A fully completed "DOUGH TO GO" rebate Authorization Form with a copy of the signed and dated Purchase Agreement must be sent to Winnebago Industries, Attention: Sales Department and postmarked by April 30, 2010.
